Problem Note 66991: The _OROPTMODEL_ macro incorrectly returns a SOLUTION_STATUS of "FAILED" in the OPTMODEL procedure

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

The nonlinear programming solver (NLP solver) in PROC OPTMODEL might incorrectly return "FAILED" instead of "OPTIMAL" for the value of the SOLUTION_STATUS parameter of the _OROPTMODEL_ macro variable, even if the solver finds an optimal solution. This problem can happen when using the ALGORITHM=IPDIRECT optimization technique in multistart mode.
